TUESDAY: HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD! Had a GREAT first day with Hermana Lopez. Honestly we are best friends now. She´s going to attend BYU and understands English perfectly and we already have plans to be roommates. YES. The spirit was present in every. single. lesson. And like I have said before, it is an addiction. By the end of the day, I knew that this transfer would be full of miracles and changes. Felipe still going strong for his baptism next Saturday. Praying and working with him a TON. Also visited a member who just had a miscarriage with her baby and went and felt prompted to share D&C 121:7 with her and she could even finish reading without the whole family bursting into tears. We ended singing Come Come Ye Saints. I will never forget the feeling I felt during that time, nor do I believe that anyone else that was present will forget it. Ended the day teaching Hermana Jessica where she gave me an actual rock straight from the volcano... doesnt sound that exciting because it´s a rock, but it is one of the coolest souvenirs I can have now.

WEDNESDAY: District meeting, the unity and animo in our zone is INSANE. Took that animo and applied it straight to the work ending the day with 5 baptismal dates set for within the next three weeks. Michelle, Felipe, Asencion, ANtonia, and Midori are all back on board to have these incredible changes happen in their lives. Also worked a lot with an antiguo investigator who refused at first to accept us, but that good ole spirit came into the lesson and with tears agreed to come back to church to try again to recieve an answer. Ended the day with the pouring rain so today was a pretty darn GOOD day.

THURSDAY: FELIZ CINCO DE MAYO... well here in Nealtican they dont celebrate anything. It´s more of a Puebla thing. Slammed Felipe on alcohol and he agreed that whenever he is offered alcohol or beer, he is going to dump it in their face... harsh, but he needs to do it to tell Satan to quit tempting him. Had a very touching spiritual planning session with Hermana Lopez where we revealed to each other that we have been the answer to each others prayers and we are ready to make miracles here in however much time the Lord gives to us. Michelle finally opened up to us a ton and shared with us how she has felt in the time with us her testimony of Jesus Christ begin to grow whereas in the beggining... she didn´t even know who was on the front cover of the Restoration pamphlet. Poured rain again and Hermana Lopez always leaves me little notes and the COOLEST spiderman, captain america, iron man, thor sweater EVER. She is THE best. THe unity between us is unbreakable. I now understand how people see miracles when they truly believe and there is a strong bond between companions.

FRIDAY: Went to make sure we had all paperwork to get Asencion and Antonia married, AND WE HAVE EVERYTHING. Miracle. Michelle has agreed to move out of living with Erik... which could mean that we dont teach her anymore... but thats okay! She`s living the commandments now (: Got a ton of references using COMO SE LLAMA everywhere and actually taught a ton of lessons in just one day. Ended the day visiting our bishop who we happily told him of the progress that we are having and he immediately gained so much confidence in us and is giving us more responsibility with more members and less actives and roles in the church! YES

SATURDAY: For the first time in NEVER, we sat a less active with her inactive husband down and taught them on the Sabbath Day and they both agreed to attend church. MIRACLE. Taught Michelle where confidently she shared with us how she feels rushed and pressured by her Catholic family to be baptized. Completely normal but working hard that she can have a strong testimony to know that this is the right decision. Felipe had his interview for his baptism which HE PASSED. So happy for him! Hoping he stays strong through the next week before his baptism. PRAY FOR HIM PLEASE. Taught on what attributes we should improve on with an inactive and her non member husband. THey both accepted us to pass by again. MIRACLE. Ended the day teaching all the kids of Jessica the 10 commandments where they agreed to memorize the 10 commandments... for Chokis... but thats what you do to teach kids (: LOVE IT

SUNDAY: Church was great as all our investigators came to church faithfully. Felipe gave a powerful testimony on the Sabbath Day and how hes seen the blessings happen in his life. He is SO ready for baptism. Excited for Saturday. All the men in the church brought cakes for the Relief Society (and missionaries) to eat celebrating Mothers Day. Never seen SO much cake. Had actual american food with our english speaking members. Lasagna and brownies with ice cream. SO long since I`ve had that. SKYPED my family. So weird. BUt I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY FAMILY more than ever before. Nazbid stayed by me the whole time practicing to understand. So cool. CONGRATS TO WALKER WRIGHT FOR HIS MISSION CALL TO SCOTLAND IRELAND!!! Got some more details on our investigators that in reality, Antonia wants to wait to be baptized to have a stronger testimony, and that yes, Michelle moved out and separated from Erik. SO PROUD OF HER. Love her and hope that other missionaries can contact her soon. Love this work, love this mission. Love MY MOM. and I love my Lord (:
