WEEK 63: LIVING IN A DREAM, LIFE AIN'T WHAT IT SEEMS

Today I´ve realized how much I´ve sincerely changed in the mission. It is sincerely a dream. A new american sister missionary in our sister activity was asking me all the questions I asked in the beginning of my mission. I just said. ¨Dont worry about anything. Youll get it. Trust me. Just enjoy every moment.¨ And that is truth.

PONDERIZING SCRIPTURES: .... forgot them again sorry.

TUESDAY: Had zone training. Awesome video I will attach below so that all can watch... ANIMO ENTUSIASMO lets go to work. Basically the message. Have applied Alma 5:26 in every lesson with the members and are getting references EASILY and they are effective. Had a really sad phonecall where Tania´s parents cut everything off and dont want anything to do with the church... something happened. We dont know what. But well keep praying for them. Our future missionary as well Jacob that leaves next week was practicing his lessons and panicked completely and left running... connected a lot with him remembering how scared and unconfident I was in the beginning of the mission. We testified to him to keep trying and just trust in the Lord. Awesome spiritual experience.

WEDNESDAY: FINALLY have gained the confidence of institute and were working together for a KILLER missionary activity in December for Christmas. (cant tell the details yet its a secret) The members and ward have changed SO much. everyone is SO pumped to work together now and once again another ward has become my family. MIRACLE: Remember the old guy that my companion and I saw get hit by a car? WE FOUND HIM and he invited us to meet his whole extended family and we had a miracle lesson and he wants to learn more. Crazy how the Lord creates ways for us to find the chosen people.

THURSDAY: tried finding a house.... pray for us to find a house. Had a pretty scary lesson with our recent convert Gilberto... who says he ¨really doesnt want to do this mormon thing anymore¨ We were shocked and prayed so hard to try and see what he needed. Felt the need to speak on prophets and testimony because perhaps he never has had a solid testimony. Watched a video on the testimonies of the prophets and WOWWW the change was incredible. He accepted to fast, read the scriptures, pray EVERY day, and go to church with this new perspective. And once again we were able to see a less active member be born again in the gospel.

FRIDAY: I really dont know the luck I have with people with no legs BUT once agaiin we found a man named Luis without working legs and he wants to learn more, sells candy on the street but is a SUPER good guy. Had lunch with the primary president who is SO happy with the changes that have been happening and loves us that she literally ran out the door with us and asked every neighbor she saw ¨HEY do you want to listen to the missionaries?¨ It was hard not to laugh but thanks to her courage and directness we had three news JUST LIKE THAT. GOLDEN member. Then had the farewell for Jacob in the church and I was asked to sing and I sang Be Still My Soul or Calma mi Alma. Lets just say everyone cried, their were 10 investigators at the meeting and we got a TON of references. INcluding Jacob´s girlfriend who is such a sweetheart but NEVER accepted anything until now! AWESOME!

SATURDAY: This day I had in my mind the song GO JOHNNY GO. Because it was a crazzy crazy day. 9:00 in the morning until 9:00 at night we were running to every lesson. A lesson EVERY hour. if not every half hour. We had 10 lessons in the whole day And all were on FIRE with the spirit. That spirit kept the drive through the pouring rain and I kid you not, we COLLAPSED to the floor soaking wet and freezing cold but happier than you could imagine. THE GOSPEL IS THE BEST.

SUNDAY: Church was amazing. 18 of the less actives weve been working with came to church. And all testified in testimony meeting of the importance and love they have felt from the members and missionaries visiting them lately and how they are SO willing to work in missionary work with us. Ita, the super rebel inactive I met at the beginning of my time here broke down in tears for how the spirit inspired us to come to her when we did and help her friends family who died in a car accident. I couldnt help but get up after her testimony and just give her a hug. It was not a hug from me, but a hug from the Lord. That was a really really good hug.

The love that I feel for the people here is indescribable. Its not a love I´ve experienced in any moment in my life before the mission. It is CHRISTLIKE love. It is charity. And I hope and pray I never lose it and can continue growing it throughout eternity.

Love like the Lord would, not like any other person would.

I´ll just let you guys think of that.

LOVE YOU ALL. https://www.youtube.com/ watch?v=LbXgdBv-5Dg
