SOOO honestly sorry but my letters are gonna have to be short now because I had changes and were going to be running all over the place and I my journal is buried away in my suitcase somewhere so heres just a quick recap of the seven things that happened in HUejo that Im sad I wont be able to continue serving in one of my FAVORITE areas.
1. The elders were taken out of our area and my companion will be in ALL of Huejo by herself. Shes super nervous so keep her in your prayers.
2. The assistants told us we have become the champions of the mission.
3. Did divisions twice with a ton of the young adults in our ward trying to get them to want to go on the mission. AND IT WORKS. Thinking of possibly doing a weekend ¨in the mission¨ activity if thats possible.
4. Gained more love and trust with my companion than ever before and truly TRULY will be a sister to her for eternity.
5. Set 4 new baptismal dates with a family that was a reference from the ward. When we informed the member what happened in the lesson, he began to cry and gave a powerful testimony to the ward that if we trust in the missionaries with our dear friends, miracles can happen and we can give them the best gift this world has ever known, THE GOSPEL
6. HAd a miracle day walking in hail and rain and felt the need to once again knock on the door of an inactive that practically spit on us the last time we went there. BUT SHE ACCEPTED US (I think it helped to see us soaked to death) and we offered to serve her family by teaching them English. Baby steps to reactivation.
7. New BISHOPRIC in Huejo. Like Elder Alarcon said, we have literally killed Huejo. SO MANY NEW CHANGES AND SO MANY MIRACLES COMING. Huejo has been resurrected and I feel so content to have been able to leave Huejo SO much better than the way I found it. #boyscouts Sang in church Rock of Ages and wow, just everyone cried... so that was the perfect ending to my time in Nealtican.
NOW I am here in Valsequillo with Hermana Consuelo and well, we both are super stoked to bring a lot of miracles to this area. Because its kinda been a while since thats happened.... SO were gonna hit the ground running. Very excited for my first time in the city. Especially here in Puebla. WISH ME LUCK.
