First of all, after receiving more tragic news that hits me hard, I want to send my love and prayers to the Brandt family. I can´t help but just wish I could hug Sister Brandt right now with the awful tragedy that so suddenly came into their lives. Special prayers right now to Brother Brandt, Ashley, and Carlan. Cant even imagine. Carlan I am sure served a wonderful mission full of bringing so many people to the true gospel and him and his family have a one way ticket to heaven an will be blessed for his service. May the Lord bless and comfort all those who are suffering from this loss.

PONDERIZING SCRIPTURES: Matt 24:27,45-51, 2 Nephi 9:3-4,14,23-24,29,39-43,49-52, John 13:1-20, Matt 26: 26-29, Luke 22:31-32, John 14:13-20, John 16:16-17, 33, D&C 64:33, John 17, Leviticus 19:34, Hebrews 13:2, Mark 14:6,8, Mosiah 4:26, Alma 34:28, D&C11:12, Matt 14:6-9, Matt 6:1-4, 2 Nephi 19:3-6

TUESDAY: SOOOO I got bit by something and woke up super sick and passed out in the house of a member during lunch and slept all day BUT I woke up Wednesday good as new. It was actually super awesome because my companion went on divisions with a young woman in the ward who know wants to serve a mission. Very cool and happy that my sickness was able to bring a soul closer to christ haha (:

WEDNESDAY: The very same member whos husband left her was very sad today so we brought her to lunch with us and I sang be still my soul to her and the elders gave her a blessing. Alejandra. Pray for her. Talked about fasting with Pablo our newest convert and his mom and the two of them are going to fast so that Alvaro will desire to get married and they can all be united in the church!

THURSDAY: Had zone training on asking inspired questions and NOT COMPLAINING. In the mission, you sometimes dont even realize that youre complaining, but we should always understand that this doesnt help us progress in anything. We need faith ANIMO and love in every moment. Had a wonderful lesson with three new investigators who are all desiring to continue to learn and be baptized. So yes... now 22 baptismal dates. And our cell phone just ran out of minutes from having to contact everyone daily. INSANE. Praying for progress and miracles.

FRIDAY: Planned with the elders an AWESOME activity were going to do on Sunday with the members to get them all committed to have family nights with us WITH a non member friend. (SPOILER ALERT: IT WORKED PERFECTLY) Had GREAT lessons with two of our golden familys who are all so willing to change and keep moving forward. Visited Rene who gave the sweetest prayer (but forgot my last name) thanking the Lord that I was better and healthy to come and visit him. Called me Hermana Guerra. (: Ended the night teaching our three news again with a super spiritual lesson that was supernaturally interrupted by the sounds of chairs being flung in the church in all directions. Our dear member friend, Yuri, after the lesson was with us walking through the church with umbrellas and broomsticks extended to kill whatever thing was causing such noise... which ended up being nothiing. Super weird but a memory for every one.

SATURDAY: Made german pancakes and fried rice with the Elders (I know super weird combination) to serve and clean the house of Alejandra to lift up her spirits. Started our fast with Minerva and Pablo who completely believe that this will help bring the change of heart to Alvaro. Ended the day visiting Spider man guy and his family who at first, his mother completely rejected us and it was super awkward... but after my companion left me in complete awkwardness to go to the bathroom, I asked for a cup and started to do the cup song and BOOM the family completely opened up and accepted us to come back after we talked and won their confidence through a DIFFERENT way. Alma 12. Saved three baptismal dates in that appointment. AWESOME

SUNDAY: Church was rough at first because the members forgot to get Rene and Rene and the elders werent able to partake of the sacrament. But after forgiving, forgetting, and loving, our activity to the members (after the opposition) turned out to be EXACTLY what we hoped for. The members apologized for not being the support they need to be and said they are MORE than willing to give us references. The Elders walked in and the members flocked us filling our calendar we made for times to have family nights with us and giving us references. It just started raining blessings. Even the Bishop who has been a little hard to work with at first spoke in front of everyone that he is so grateful for us four missionaries because finally their ward is progressing. IT was the biggest miracle of the week. Then as we finished fasting with Pablo and Minerva, Minerva stopped in the middle of her prayer practically not able to breathe overwhelmed by the spirit. WE all cried and Alvaro gave a powerful testimony afterwards saying he knows this is the right path to take. This next week well be talking about weddings with 8 of our investigators who are planning to be baptized soon. PRAY FOR US AND WISH US LUCK

Once again, prayers to the Brandt family. If youre reading this and need a hug, please know Im sending thousands. LOVE YOU ALL

BELOW: card and breakfast that we made for the Elders after a successful day yesterday. ANIMO
