TUESDAY: Started the day with a big shock of a pone call from the bishop saying our investigator, Karen, inactive mormon father was hit by a car and died. Worst part? Karen wasnt home. Literally dropped everything and ran to the house to find the daughters of the family alone and balling. One of the saddest things Ive seen in the mission thus far. So our next goal was find Karen in the streets to tell her the news. After one of the sincerest prayers I have ever given, we left the house and within TWO MINUTES found Karen happy as can be on her way to her friend´s house. Ran back to the house with her and calmly told the news. Confidently testified that shes fine but after telling her to just let it gom she fell in my arms and just cried. Karen is one of the roughest, strongest girls I have ever met and to see her crying was so hard. A day full of tears and love. But the best part? She got up, wiped her tears, and asked to go with us to visit our investigators and serve with the missionaries in what ever way she can. SHE IS AMAZING. So we went and contacted 6 of our investigators together. Just hoping that she can continue firm in the faith without having this tragedy kill her.

WEDNESDAY: District meeting was great and a lot of energy with the new zone. I CAN FEEL THE LORD PUMPED TO WORK WITH US. So stoked. Got completely lost once again trying to find the members to eat with, but all worth it when we showed up and taught them on the power of prayer and how they can recieve help financially through their faith. Tearful lesson once again. FINALLY taught the family of the Spiderman jersey guy I contacted and they all agreed to continue listening and three accepted to be baptized! INCLUDING SPIDERMAN GUY (his name is Daniel, I just like calling him Spiderman guy) Then had a miracle lesson with Pablo who is getting baptized on Saturday and he invited three of his friends to come and listen to us teach on the Book of Mormon. AMAZING. Aldo his best friend is VERY interested and accepted to be baptized the 27th. Ended the day seeing our GOLDEN family who are completely progressing, Reading half of 1 Nephi as a family and ALREADY DOING FAMILY NIGHTS. They are ready to DIVE into the baptismal Font.

THURSDAY: just another day of PURE rejection. But its okay, I like walking in the rain. Paid a guy on the bus who was singing and playing guitar with a Book of Mormon and actually started singing with him. Hoping that he finds something even MORE valuable than 10 pesos. Also found out one of our less actives just ran away with her boyfriend and awkwardly the day we showed up, her family came to present them together as a couple (catholic traditions) and you could almost touch the awkwardness. Our less active blurted out to her boyfriend that she wanted him to become Mormon and he agreed... so another new.... in the most interesting way posible thus far. Cleaned the baptismal Font for Saturday which was sincerely YELLOW because it has been SO long since they have had a baptism. BUt with some toothbrushes and a TON of acid, we got work done.

FRIDAY: So our worst fears came true, and Karen from the pain of her fathers death ran away from home and tried to do some really REALLY bad things and the worst part is that without the mother knowing neither us, her aunt and uncle took her to Mexico to become a civilized teenager. Were working on bringing her back because with her away from the family, the situation could get worse. Pray for her PLEASE. Continued the day trying to find a girl that was baptized three months ago that has NEVER come to church and instead, the Lord helped us find a family of 7 that has been waiting for SEVENTEEN YEARS for the missionaries to come back and teach them that live in the middle of nowhere but have on display in their store a Jesús Christ proselyting card that the missionaries gave to them AND THEY ALL ACCEPTED TO BE BAPTIZED AND GAVE US A GIANT BOX FULL OF PEACHES FOR FREE. We left the house almost flying. THAT was a miracle above all miracles. Then RIGHT after the lesson, the recent convert we were looking for CALLED us and says she feels its time she came to church and told her family she is Mormon. We literally shouted in the Street ¨DIOS NOS AMA¨ SOOO happy. Ended the day seeing Rene to make sure all is swell for his baptism tomorrow. AMAZING day.

SATURDAY: This day was one of the most stressful days of my mission. Two baptisms in one day on the same day as the Ward trip to the MExico temple. Bad idea that we will never do again. BUT after running all over the world practically to get hot wáter, find keys and find witnesses to come to the baptism. The day ended with 9 of our investigators coming to the baptism, 20 of our investigators accepting to be baptized FOR SURE, and Rene and Pablo had some of the most memorable and spiritual baptisms that I have witnessed thus far in my mission. The love I felt for them in that baptism was undescribable. I know can understand in a small way how the Lord knows each and every one of us perfectly and LOVES each and every one of us perfectly. I cant really explain how I absolutely LOVE all 20 of the people that we are working with to complete baptism in this transfer but I do. And when I think about it, I just want to cry of joy to know that they are folling the example of Jesús Christ to eternal happiness. What a privilege it is to be here and witness it.

SUNDAY: Okay I RECIEVED REVELATION about something that I need to start doing for myself to help strengthen my personal prayers and my investigators. Every week I will be making a prayer list from the needs of every week to pray for in the next week daily. So family and friends, if you would like to accept the prayer list challenge, PLEASE DO. You could help bring a soul to the góspel. Believe me, prayer has POWER. SO please, accept the challenge and become part of the work. Below is the list for this week:
