NINE MONTHS. HALFWAY DONE. WHAT IN THE WORLD. time needs to stop. I literally heard this song in the street and almost started crying... not because I love this song... but because the message has just hit me so hard. I want to be at the beginning of my mission again. ITS GOING TO FAST: STOPPPP

TUESDAY: Had zone training drawing our companions and having to do a dance move (fam, yes I did the whip. for you guys) Broke the missionary fast with oreo pie. Got a pretty nasty message from a member who was angry with us for not visiting her.... so that was sad. BUT praying that she can understand that as missionaries we sincerely want to love everyone and meet with everyone but we are SO busy right now with references and investigators but gonna work on trying to balance out visiting the people who truly need us. But guess that was the final blow for my companion because she got SICK. I honestly thought she was dying... so you can guess right... we stayed in the house....

WEDNESDAY: ....still in the house....

THURSDAY: MIRACLE my companion is alive and well and striving to work. BUT the crazy part is that today was my halfway mark. Felt prompted to go and visit our inactive Alicia again and her whole family eagerly announced that JACKI is going to get baptized on Sunday and have asked us to speak. My heart burst with joy. So happy this family has been able to find their way back to this gospel together. Such miracles. Contacted references a TON and actually had 10 dogs end up following us the entire time... Nealtican. Known for its stray dogs. Taught Michelle the plan of salvation SO simply (thanks to the little pictures I made in the day stuck in the house) and she COMPLETELY understands now. She even taught the plan to us after. She has grown SO much. Then to end the day, we tried a plan an ex missionary here (Brigham) gave us to get references where we just ask our members to write every non-member friend, enemy, neighbor, or ex-boyfriend (they always laugh at that part) on a sheet of paper and then we say a prayer and read a scripture (D&C 71:1) to open your mouths and share the gospel with these people. Then they give us the address to every single one of them. IT WORKS WONDERFULLY. In one lesson with members, we got 10 references. THAT easy. SO awesome.

FRIDAY: Washed a car with Felipe and his family. Watched Finding Faith in Jesus Christ with Michelle and she actually got emotional watching the part of the woman who committed adultery and LOVES the idea that the Lord will forgive us for our mistakes. She´s golden and just shines now in our lessons. I love her so so so much. Taught the Restoration again to some antiguo investigators and the spirit was SO strong in the lesson but it was as if the Mom who was very devoted to her Catholic religion was taking a bat to the spirit and swinging. Hoping the next lesson... she can put the bat down and accept the spirit into her heart. Then did our reference plan again with a family in Zacapechpan and once again, BANK with references. Its so simple now and the members are rushing to think of whatever name they can. ITS AWESOME.

SATURDAY: Actually read from the beginning the Book of Mormon with Michelle and she is just DYING to read it now. It touched her in a way that I wish would have touched me the first time I read the book of Mormon. How special and precious. Went and visited another antiguo investigator named Jacquelyn that we´ve been thinking would be good to visit. AND BOOM, she gave us a very powerful testimony of how she dreamed she needs to be a part of this church and even though her husband`s family is completely against it, she will be baptized. AND SHE WILL JULY 9TH. Had a lesson with inactives who openly admitted that the husband doesn't come anymore because of something another member said about him. I ABSOLUTELY HATE GOSSIP. Stop it. Stop it. Stop it. But, thanks to my magical desire to have it rain, IT POURED while we were in a tienda waiting for a member who is preparing for her mission to come with us to a lesson. But with some pumping up and cheering on in the way of a football coach , we left the tienda what appeared to look like outside as the end of the world. Sandy had previously told us she does`t feel that she is ready to go, but I think otherwise. We got stuck in a corner of the street from the flooding of a street and mutually decided to change our plans. Turned to Sandy and asked, ¨Well, future missionary, where do you want to go?¨ She at first looked confused but the revelation came to her who we should go to and immediately took us to a near by house that was an old friend from school. The father at first rejected us saying her friend was busy, but the friend snuck out screaming ¨WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU DOING OUT IN THE RAIN, GET IN HERE¨ We had a GREAT lesson with her and the spirit was so strong. Sandy gave a powerful testimony that she knows the Spirit guided her to help us find her in this moment in this day. She powerfully testified to her friend as well that she is GOING to serve a mission now. I almost cried... lie... I did cry. That´s just awesome. And on top of it all, Teresa (our new miracle investigator in the rain) is friends with Alex Bautista from Atlixco. Just all the more reason that this girl needs this change in this time. AGHHHH this gospel is so awesome.

SUNDAY: Well... my companion felt sick again and we actually spent about all of church in the bathroom helping her get over whatever this was. Gave a talk on the Holy Ghost in Jacquelyn`s baptism and testified of how great her faith was... even with the trial their family had with her father dying just 6 months ago. Alicia began to cry and just through her smile, I could tell her testimony has grown INSANELY in this little time. She has come to know that the Lord truly understands her and how she feels and what she needs.... this gospel and to help her children learn and know our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Such a great experience. Applied our reference activity with the members again to end the week getting over 50 references for the whole zone of Nealtican and over 20 for our area alone. NOONE CAN SAY THERE IS NOONE IN NEALTICAN THAT WE CAN TEACH. THERE ARE SOOOO MANY PEOPLE THAT NEED THIS GOSPEL: And I am SO ready to be a little help and bring it to them (:

LOVE YOU ALL. Keep me updated. The outside world seems so weird. But I love hearing about it (: I`m in heaven right now and still got half my mission till I`ll be coming down... If they can make me leave (:
