Sooo if you can´t tell I love the Book of Mormon and because I´ve realized HOW much I love it, I can read a lot of it in an hour a day now LOL. Okay now onto the week,

MONDAY: After PDAY, went to meet with Abraham and his family but they were having a party for the last day of Dia de Muertos so we got a ton of food and awkwardly was asked to sing Frozen songs in English for the kids. hah. Yeah.

TUESDAY: Had a lot of great lessons especially with the Baxin-Cruz family who have committed to be baptized as soon as they can get married so crossing fingers that that happens soon. Then I finally had to eat crickets.. yes live crickets. am I alive? yes. did I enjoy it? no. lol but it´s part of the mission haha

WEDNESDAY: Had breakfast with Alejandrina and her parents who are against baptism so that was a whole cup of AWKWARD. Then afterwards had our LAST district meeting for this cambio which was SO sad. Had to say bye to a lot of AMAZING people. But a great idea I had was to start making a GIANT video mosh of my mission to capture the memories with each amazing person I meet here. So got some good memorable videos captured of everyone for this cambio. The video will be awesome by the end as you all know I LOVE making videos. Then at the end of the meeting, the Elder and Hermana who were VIP´s of the zone for this cambio received football jerseys from Elder Craeger and guess who got it? TOTAL SURPRISE haha I was dying laughing but it was Elder Hernandez (my DL) and I! Then had THE BEST food thus far in the mission with the family of our ward mission leader. DANG that woman can cook. Then had a GREAT lesson with Juan Ignacio and we´re seeing progress from him now. And GOT TONS of references from him which is what we´ve been praying for and from it got a new investigator too!

THURSDAY: Soooo during our weekly planning session today, our neighbors were playing jazz music next door and OH how bittersweet it was to hear a solid sax solo. AGHHH it was torture and Hna. Salcedo filmed me dying and laughing hysterically. Good memory. Met with the Suhel family and they are SO much happier which is a blessing. Made me a sing Poor Wayfaring Man of Grief. It´s crazy how much the spirit can come from music because after that moment... ugh it was something real special I´ll never forget. Don´t really know how to explain it. THEN we had dinner with Joni (the american) and ALL her family AND Anny and her family. Her husband is German. Like so German. Mug of beer, INCREDIBLE accent and all. I felt like I was talking to Gerard Butler or something. LOL but craziest thing is that we were talking about the word of wisdom the entire dinner. And afterwards Joni talked to me about how she wants me to help her husband become open to the church again so they can have it in their lives again!!! And she thinks he likes me because we have been invited back over for THANKSGIVING DINNER when they get back from Germany... yeah they like to travel. BUT I AM SO EXCITED AND THIS IS A CRAZY BLESSING

FRIDAY: Had correlation meeting and got a little spiritual plancha (positive criticism) that we need to contact our menos activos more. And then poor poor Hna Salcedo got sick right after. We still went to visit everyone but she was not having it. Sweet Anny gave us this special earth powder that´s supposed to like work immediately which helped her get through the rest of the day but we went home a little early to see what´s up.

SATURDAY: Hna. Salcedo woke up with a fever. And barely could move. So I called our district leaders and we both agreed she needed a blessing. I tried calling all the men in our ward if they could come, but everyone was busy. SO our district leaders AND our zone leaders had to come into our apartment. Which was one of the most awkward things ever. Haha and it´s only been two months. But they saw all my pictures on my wall and kept asking questions. Which was kinda nice considering I hadn´t talked to anyone but myself for about 8 hours and reading the Book of Mormon. Then after the blessing, which was amazing. I WATCHED EVERYSINGLE CHURCH VIDEO WE OWNED IN OUR APARTMENT. Every. Single. One. Including all of Preach my Gospel twice. haha Then thank the Lord Hna. Salcedo felt better and asked me to sing for her for entertainment SO I belted How Great Thou Art by Carrie Underwood.... and guess who during it brought us dinner secretly and heard EVERYTHING. The district leaders. Wowwww. my life. LOL but it really was a great day of blessings and the district leaders were so sweet and caring through it all. Love EVEN days like this in the mission.

SUNDAY: So companionship study and peronal study were INCREDIBLE today. Brought Hna. Salcedo to tears during sharing a scripture because it´s EXACTLY what SHE needed to hear. Alma 36:3. And we both agreed that we should share it with all the people we teach today. Which kinda discouraged me, I have NO IDEA why, because I wanted to be able to talk about it but Hna. Salcedo taught it every time because she lovedddd sharing it. LOL but it made me think, these aren´t my words that I wrote, these are the words and promises of GOD. Not me. And I have absolutely nothing to boast about. I can only boast of God. And here we are given the priviledge to SHARE his words. Because He can´t be here to personally share them with us. WHAT A PRIVILEDGE. WHAT A JOY. All I believe I can finish this email with is a scripture because that´s exactly why I´m here. In this mission. To share this message with you all.

ALMA 26:16 : Let us glory, yea, we will glory in the Lord, yea, we will rejoice, for our joy is full, yea, we will praise our God forever. Behold, who can glory too much in the Lord? Yea, who can say too much of his great power, and of his mercy, and of his long-suffering towards the children of men? Behold, I say unto, I cannot say the smallest part which I feel.
